JOB OVERVIEW

The Operation Supervisor is responsible for ensuring efficient service production and achieving company goals. This role focuses on crew training, job sequencing, scheduling management, and safety.

Requirements:

• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship from employer now or in the future
• Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred).
• Must pass a drug screen.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to establish relationships with clients.
• Ability to manage crew dynamics, including praise and reprimanding.
• Punctual and committed to following safety procedures and company policies.
• This role is essential for maintaining high-quality service and efficient operations within the company

• Maintain constant communication with the Operations Manager and Account Managers about job statuses and requirements.
• Oversee crew production and ensure teams are properly equipped.
• Coordinate manpower and assist with small installations alongside mowing and pruning crews.
• Manage quality and progress of jobs, ensuring effective use of materials and equipment.
• Track equipment maintenance and ensure proper procedures are followed.
• Respond to Account Manager inquiries and keep them informed about job statuses.
