We are seeking a skilled and passionate Indoor Plants & Landscaping Engineer to design, install, and maintain high-quality indoor and outdoor plant displays and landscaping projects. The role requires technical expertise in horticulture, creativity in design, and practical knowledge of plant care to enhance and sustain beautiful, healthy green spaces for our clients.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Degree/Diploma in Horticulture, Agriculture, Landscape Architecture, or related field.
• Proven experience in indoor plant management, landscaping, or horticultural engineering.
• Knowledge of plant care, soil types, irrigation systems, and pest management.
• Strong eye for design and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage projects and lead teams.
• Driving license required

• Design & Planning
• Create landscaping concepts and indoor plant layouts tailored to client requirements, environmental conditions, and aesthetic goals.
• Select appropriate plant species based on location, lighting, climate, and maintenance needs.
• Prepare proposals, drawings, and plant specifications for client approval.
• Installation & Execution
• Oversee and execute planting, potting, and landscaping installations to ensure high-quality finishes.
• Coordinate procurement of plants, pots, and landscaping materials.
• Ensure all installations meet safety, sustainability, and quality standards.
• Maintenance & Care
• Coordinating with the Plant Maintenance Supervisor to handover for regular maintenance
• Client Interaction & Reporting
• Conduct site visits and liaise with clients to assess needs and provide professional recommendations.
• Prepare maintenance reports and highlight any issues or plant replacements required.
