We are looking for a passionate and skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team and oversee landscaping projects from concept to completion.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Landscaping Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all landscaping activities, ensuring work is executed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. This role requires hands-on expertise in landscaping practices and the ability to manage teams, materials, and schedules effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Landscaping, or related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of proven experience in landscaping supervision within the UAE or GCC region.
• Strong knowledge of plants, irrigation systems, and hardscape materials.
• Ability to read and understand landscaping drawings and BOQs.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• UAE driving license preferred.

Experience:

• Landscaping: 2 years (Required)

• Supervise and coordinate daily landscaping activities, including planting, irrigation, hardscaping, and maintenance.
• Plan and allocate tasks to landscaping teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Read and interpret landscaping plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.
• Inspect and maintain landscaping equipment, tools, and materials.
• Ensure proper implementation of irrigation systems and other landscaping installations.
• Train and guide team members on proper horticultural practices and safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and suppliers.
• Prepare daily progress reports and address any site issues promptly.
• Maintain a safe working environment in compliance with HSE regulations.
