ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone who brings both passion and practical experience in landscaping or horticulture. You’ll need strong technical skills across a range of landscaping areas, such as hard and soft landscaping, plant identification, machinery operation, garden design, or soil science.
You’ll be confident working with a variety of learners, including young people and adults, and you’ll understand how to adapt your approach to support different learning styles and needs. Communication, organisation, and the ability to plan and deliver engaging, practical sessions will be key.
We’re also looking for someone who values professionalism, promotes safe working practices, and is committed to continuous improvement — both in your own development and in the learning experience you offer your students.
