Patient Service Representative (1 FT positions)  **SIGN-ON Bonus provided** Fast growing and employee friendly, with an exciting opportunity for a full-time Patient Service Representative in our Langhorne, PA location., Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm.  The main duty of this position is to communicate with various insurance companies/plans and our patients in order to provide them with our services. Essential Functions: * Prepare work orders  * Obtain the proper documents for insurance companies/plans * Verify patient benefits and pre-certify our services * Conduct, communicate and dress appropriately * Exercise knowledge of different insurance company's or plan's procedures * Provide excellent customer service to all patients * Assure flow of service * Complete other duties as assigned Skills & Requirements: * Works independently * Uses good judgement * Makes sound decisions  * Communicates professionally * Works in a fast-paced environment * Records correctly and briefly * Handles sensitive information in confidence * Meets deadlines and prioritizes * Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel * Organized and detail-oriented * High school graduate * Knowledge of anatomy and medical code is a plus We offer great pay to work in great place.
