Description
We are looking for a Store Manager to help us effectively oversee our sales floor. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing customer opportunities and providing training and support to sales associates while working in collaboration with the Store Manager. The Store Manager will oversee retail operations, including inventory and visual merchandising, and actively participate in building our sales team by providing guidance and training to deliver exceptional service. Responsibilities: - Manage the store sales team to ensure customers are serviced in a desired time frame. - Perform sales and inventory management - Recruit, train and develop employees, including product knowledge - Lead and encourage employees to ensure a high level of focus. - Assist customers and resolve customer service issues as necessary. - Promote the store on social media to grow the business. Qualifications: - Experience in the retail industry. - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to maintain a customer focused environment - Flexible in availability - including evenings, weekends and holidays - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team - Ability to stand for an 8 hour shift Salary $40000 per year Running Room welcomes and encourages applications from people with disabilities.
