As Language Manager, Quality Programs, you will drive language quality for our localization efforts in markets for which we do not have internal language managers to manage the quality delivered by our localization vendors. This is a full-time position based in EMEA. As we work closely with team members in remote offices and regional stakeholders, you will be expected to work flexible hours, including evenings, to ensure effective communication and collaboration with global teams across timezones.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Familiarity with CAT, TMS and CMS tools
  • Experience working with localization vendors
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Native or near-native fluency in a language other than English
  • Experience with practical application of AI to localization workflows
Responsibilities
  • Work cross-functionally to drive high quality in our localization efforts for markets for which we do not have internal language managers to manage the quality delivered by our localization vendors
  • Scale quality management processes, drive and oversee change management accordingly when rolling out new processes or implementing changes to existing ones
  • Collect feedback from internal and external stakeholders and share with external vendors, and improve these processes
  • Support continuous training programs for new and existing localization vendors
  • Help maintain and update educational materials for localization vendors
  • Educate internal stakeholders on best practices for internationalization
  • Support operational needs for vendor quality monitoring and escalations
  • This role involves regular collaboration with global teams. You will work closely with US stakeholders, which will require working evening hours several days a week to accommodate US timezones
