Job Description Plays a crucial role in ensuring that the team members are equipped with skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service. Focus on communication techniques and developing a strong understanding of US Geography to enhance customer interactions. Conduct training sessions to team members emphasizing communication strategies, cultural awareness, and US geography knowledge. Assess trainees' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them reach their full potentials. Stay up to date with industry trends, customer service practices, changes in the US geography to ensure the training content remains relevant and effective. Drive and improve Spoken and Written English Communication and floor support for on time and quality delivery Liaise with operations to ensure there is adequate and effective training support provided Highly proficient in English and should natural/fluent Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree holder of any related course 2-3 years of proven experience as a trainer in a BPO or customer service environment. Demonstrated knowledge of US geography, ensuring relevant customer interaction High adaptability and willingness to work onsite to engage with the trainees effectively. Internal Applicants: Must be a regular employee. Minimum of 6 months tenure in current role. Not enrolled in Performance Improvement Plan.
