Description:
Job Purpose:
Linguistic AI is looking for a Product Manager to help us drive our enterprise-grade secure Language Weaver AI and Machine Translation product lines and help develop new Linguistic AI capabilities.
This is a very rare opportunity to join a select world-class technology group with 15+ years of experience in Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing and delivering massive scale enterprise grade products – both on-premises and in the cloud. Product Management, Delivery:
- Ability to conceptualize, scope and execute projects to strict deadlines
- Confident, self-motivated individual with strong, demonstrable bias for action
- Relevant work experience in driving business decisions
- Product Design:
- Analytical skills to understand customer use-cases, and challenge assumptions while working harmoniously with the business and technology owners (especially the Technical Product Manager)
- Experienced in gathering requirements and developing solution specifications
- Analysis, Decisions Making and Communication:
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Confident leader who can prioritize and analyse trade-offs, communicate clearly and compellingly and effectively influence internally and externally, across organization boundaries.
- Able to independently influence and resolve conflicts with others
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Cross-organizational communication – comfortable evangelizing ideas and concerns clearly and persuasively, in both verbal and written form
- Desirable Experience:
- Prior experience in Product Management, with a successful track record of building and delivering enterprise grade capabilities.
- Prior experience in working with enterprise customers
- Experience working with both technology and commercial teams

Responsibilities:
In this role you will:

Drive and Influence the Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs.
- Understand Customer Needs: Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to build a deep understanding of their requirements and pain points.
- Define Product Requirements: Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, and other stakeholders to define clear and actionable product requirements.
- Champion Customer Needs: Advocate for the customer in all product discussions, ensuring their needs are prioritized.
- Drive Growth Initiatives: Lead initiatives to drive product and sales growth, coordinating efforts across customers, partners, sales teams, technical sales, marketing, technical account management, legal, and finance.
