Description

We are looking for a skilled IT Service Technician with a valid 2 year experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for laptop/desktop service and repairs for our clients across DubaiDiagnose and repair laptops, desktops, and IT hardware.

  • Perform chip-level repairs (motherboard, IC replacements, soldering, reballing, etc.).
  • Upgrade and replace RAM, SSDs, hard drives, and other components.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operating system issues, driver conflicts, and software crashes.
  • Perform virus/malware removal, data recovery, and system optimization.
  • Install, configure, and update Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
  • Provide on-site troubleshooting and technical support at client locations.
  • Offer remote assistance for minor software and system-related issues.
  • Set up and maintain network configurations, printers, and peripherals.
  • Communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical customers.
  • Maintain detailed service reports, job logs, and repair documentation.
  • Provide customers with guidance on system usage and preventive maintenance.
  • Maintain repair tools, spare parts, and consumables inventory.
  • Ensure proper testing and quality checks before returning devices to clients.
  • Follow safety procedures and best practices for IT hardware repairs.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • GCC Countries: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • English , Hindi and Arabic (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driving License (Preferred)
