CORE SKILLS

• 3+ years’ commercial experience with PHP.
• Solid experience with Laravel (or other MVC frameworks).
• Confident with Git/source control and deployment processes.
• Passion for clean, maintainable code and following best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communicator, comfortable discussing technical solutions with the team and clients.
• Self-motivated with good project management skills.

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS (AI & BEYOND)

• Interest or experience with AI/ML technologies.
• Experience using AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
• Understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) or chatbot interfaces.
• Awareness of AI security and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with Laravel ecosystem tools (Forge, Envoyer, Vapor).
• AWS experience (S3, EC2, Lambda).
• Experience with React Native or mobile app development.
• Knowledge of WhatsApp Business API integration.
