Healy Awards, Inc. is currently looking for a full-time Large Format Digital Printing Specialist to work in our Signs/Stickers Department in our Menomonee Falls, WI home office. We are looking for a dependable, team player who can multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Candidates must be able to accurately work on multiple projects from start to finish. The position is responsible for the printing and final assembly of banners, dry-erase boards, heat press labels, magnets, record boards, signs and stickers.

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:

• Strong eye for detail, organization, and project management
• Self-motivated and ability to work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision
• Exceptionally helpful, going above and beyond to meet expectations
• Dependable, flexible, and adaptable when priorities and deadlines change
• Positive attitude and team-oriented work style
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator
• Understanding of printing (CMYK, spot colors, crops, bleeds, press-ready art, paper stocks, offset, digital printing, etc.)
• Experience with Roland printers, VersaWorks RIP software and Mimaki plotters a plus
