Optimized Body & Mind is a medical aesthetics and wellness clinic in the heart of Luton. We provide advanced aesthetic and wellness services including laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, IV drips, vitamin injections, PRP, dermal fillers, anti-wrinkle treatments, and more.
We are seeking a Level 7 qualified Aesthetics Practitioner to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and skilled practitioner to work in a modern, high-end clinic and deliver exceptional results for our clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Level 7 qualification in Aesthetics (Injectables, Dermal Fillers, Anti-Wrinkle)
• Experience with laser treatments (Soprano Ice Titanium desirable – training can be provided)
• Strong knowledge of skin health, anatomy, and patient safety
• Excellent communication, consultation, and client care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Eligibility to work in the UK (full-time basis)

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

• Phlebotomy skills (for PRP & blood tests)
• Previous clinic experience in aesthetics & laser
• Confidence in treatment consultations and upselling packages

• Perform advanced aesthetic treatments (injectables, dermal fillers, skin boosters, fat dissolving, PRP, microneedling, etc.)
• Carry out laser treatments, skin rejuvenation, and other non-surgical procedures
• Conduct detailed consultations, assess client suitability, and create tailored treatment plans
• Keep accurate client treatment notes and progress records
• Provide professional aftercare advice to ensure client satisfaction
• Maintain a high standard of hygiene, safety, and client care
