DESCRIPTION We are seeking a self-motivated engineer to support the development of advanced III-V devices. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS B.S. Degree in Material Science, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent field. Experience with epitaxial design and growth of optoelectronic devices. Experience with optoelectronic device modeling and simulation. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 10+ years of relevant experience. Ph.D. degree in Material Science, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent field Demonstrated optoelectronic device improvement by epitaxial design or growth optimization. Experience with optoelectronic device testing. Experience with III-V device fabrication. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Accountable with a self-initiative and proactive attitude. Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.
