Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Laser Doffer to support our metal manufacturing operations. The Laser Doffer is responsible for removing finished metal sheets or parts from the laser cutting machines, organizing materials, and ensuring smooth workflow between production stages. This role is essential to maintaining efficiency, quality, and safety on the production floor. Responsibilities: Safely remove cut metal parts and sheets from laser cutting machines. Inspect parts for quality and accuracy according to specifications. Organize and label finished products for the next process. Load and unload materials using hoists, forklifts, or pallet jacks as needed. Keep work area clean, organized, and free of debris. Report any defects, material shortages, or equipment issues to the supervisor. Follow all company safety rules and standard operating procedures. Assist laser operators or production staff when required to maintain workflow. Requirements: Previous experience in metal manufacturing or laser operations preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Basic understanding of manufacturing safety standards. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn new processes.
