We’re on the lookout for a skilled and passionate individual to coordinate our laser-engraved product range. This full-time role combines hands-on manufacturing with administrative duties, offering an exciting opportunity to join a growing brand and a tight-knit, fun team that’s dedicated to doing great work with great people.

Organise and assign materials for production
Complete engraving projects on a first in first out basis
Prepare visual mockups and artwork based on customer input and files
Provide customer care via email, phone and in store appointments (laser and general admin queries)
Collaborate with our manufacturing, customer service, social media & PR, and R&D teams
