Key Responsibilities: - Set up and operate laser cutting machines according to specifications and production schedules - Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to ensure precise fabrication - Monitor machine operation to maintain quality standards and troubleshoot issues as they arise - Perform routine maintenance and calibration of laser equipment to ensure optimal performance - Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times to maintain a safe working environment - Document production data and report any machine malfunctions or quality concerns to management - Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and improve processes Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience operating laser cutting or similar manufacturing machinery - Strong understanding of technical drawings, blueprints, and measurement tools - Ability to read and interpret work orders and technical specifications - Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills - Good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills - Knowledge of safety procedures related to laser equipment and manufacturing environments - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus -Experience with BLM LT7 Lasers is a plus Join our team and be part of a company committed to innovation, quality, and growth.
