Description REFAB a DeWys Metal Solutions company, is currently seeking a skilled Laser Operator to join their 2nd shift team. Laser Operator Duties: Set up, adjust, and operate laser Read customer blueprints and work instructions Troubleshoot issues to eliminate causes of rejected parts Perform periodic quality inspections throughout shift Maintain a clean and organized workspace Requirements Laser Operator Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Previous metal fabrication/laser experience preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions Ability to perform mathematical calculations Willing to work overtime as necessary

Responsibilities

The Laser Operator will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, and operating the laser equipment according to customer blueprints and work instructions. This role also involves troubleshooting issues to prevent rejected parts and performing periodic quality inspections throughout the shift.
