JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Laser Operator to join our production night team. You’ll be responsible for operating CO₂ laser machines, preparing materials, managing cut files, and ensuring product quality in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior experience with lasers, CNC, or similar machines is a plus – but not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Basic computer skills (working with files, job queues, etc.)
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
• A great attitude and willingness to learn!
• Ability to work night shift 2pm-10pm

• Operate and maintain laser cutting machines (training provided)
• Load/unload bamboo veneer and other materials
• Use software to run print-and-cut jobs (LightBurn and Epilog Suite)
• Quality check products for clean cuts and engraving accuracy
• Organize and package laser-cut parts for assembly or shipping
• Track job completion and follow daily production targets
• Keep workspace clean and safe
