COMPANY OVERVIEW
Wozair Limited is a leading designer and manufacturer of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) equipment serving the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Marine, Nuclear, and Process Industries.
SUMMARY
This role is responsible for the forming of sheet material into components for bespoke HVAC equipment. This is carried with the use of Fibre Laser Cutting Machine.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience in the use of Laser cutting machines. Bodor & Bystronic would be advantageous but not essential. In house training will be given
Must be able to understand technical drawings
Good attention to detail
Must have experience in following procedures
Ability to working individually and as part of a team
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Laser Cutting Experience (3 years’ experience)
Forklift Truck qualification (Required)
Experience in fabrication and workshops an advantage.
Time served apprenticeship (Desired but not essential)
Knowledge of 5S & Lean Manufacturing practices (Desired but not essential)

To follow direction and instructions from the Manufacturing Supervisor or Team Leader
The successful candidate would be responsible for programming, setting & operating the Fibre Laser Cutting Machines
Fitting & assembling fabricated parts or subassemblies using hand tools on In-line duct mounted equipment
Ability to fabricate, demonstrate skills relating to measuring, drilling, cutting etc.
Must be able to understand technical drawings and follow required working instructions. Ensuring that all quality checks are complete and route cards signed off
Be familiar with and able to use machinery specific to the tasks they are undertaking
Follow drawings and paperwork provided and notify of any discrepancies
Responsible for producing high quality/integrity products
Ability to prioritise tasks and adopt a flexible approach to working methods
Ability to abide by health and safety requirements
