AWC Manufacturing is currently looking for a laser/plasma operator for our Guelph location. Once trained, this position will be for the afternoon shift. Schedule is Monday to Thursday from 4 pm to 2:30 am.

Responsibilities:

• Operate overhead crane to place material on plasma table
• Set up CNC program following work order instructions
• Inspect parts using various measuring devices
• Label and clean material for next work process
• Housekeeping duties as required
• Ensure company safety procedures are being followed

Qualifications:

• Experience on a Plasma table and laser table - Messer Combination Equipment
• Experience in a manufacturing environment required
• Good communication skills
• Blueprint Reading knowledge
• Team Player and ability to solve problems
