We’re seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to embark on an exciting journey as Fabricator Apprentice. At Wiltech Acoustics, apprenticeships are the cornerstone of our success.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• A passion for fabricating and hands on production work. Keen interest in developing professional skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a dynamic work environment.
• Minimum qualifications: GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.

• Provide laser programme support across the laser departments, gaining exposure to diverse aspects of business operations.
• Check measurements and dimensions of each piece that’s instruct laser machines
• Perform routine maintenance on laser equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Operate laser machines, adjusting settings and troubleshooting issues
• Ensure that the final products meet quality standards and specifications
• Optimize the layout of parts on the material to minimize waste
