Main Responsibilities Develop core technologies for next-generation optical devices that enable advanced performance and/or scalable architectures. Proactively propose new ideas and concepts, and lead development activities by collaborating with and engaging relevant internal stakeholders. Alternatively, contribute as a deep technical specialist by continuously advancing expert knowledge in a specific domain and disseminating it within the organization. Respond to rapid changes in the industry by flexibly adapting development strategies and technical directions as needed. Bridge advanced device concepts with practical packaging by considering manufacturability and long-term scalability. Collaborate across functions such as device design, process engineering, and evaluation to accelerate technology development. Contribute to shaping mid- to long-term technology directions based on technical insight and industry trends. Qualification & Skills BSc, MSc, PhD degree in electronics, electrical engineering, physics, or a related equivalent technical field.
