This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Represent Steele Hill Resorts in a professional and positive manner Provide exceptional guest service and ensure a high-quality experience Manage and operate the reservation system efficiently Enforce and maintain all safety guidelines for attractions and activity areas Assess activity conditions, including weather and guest abilities, to ensure safe participation Rotate through and support all attendant positions as needed Supervise guests during laser tag sessions to ensure safety and enjoyment Clean, organize, and properly store all equipment Maintain the cleanliness and overall condition of the laser tag arena Assist with additional duties and special projects as assigned Contribute to the overall success of the team by taking initiative and supporting departmental needs Requirements Qualifications Ability to work effectively as part of a team Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic with a motivated, “can-do” attitude Dependable and punctual, with a commitment to maintaining company standards Professional appearance and adherence to uniform guidelines Enjoyment of working in an active, outdoor-oriented environment Reliable and responsible Join our team and experience the beauty of Steele Hill Resorts while building your skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
