Exciting rare position to join a small team installing and repairing Laser Tag and leisure industry equipment .
Ideally you will have experience in repairing electrical equipment including soldering and a knowledge of computer networks.

Key Responsibilities :

• To provide maintenance, installation and support to customers.
• To provide technical assistance and software assistance , including out of hours support line (shared).
• Installation of systems within the UK, Ireland, Spain & Italy
• To provide training sessions to customers.
• Identify opportunities to be passed to sales manager.
• Control inbound/outbound pipeline ensuring all repairs/parts are traceable at all times.

To be considered for this role you should have:

• Experience and/ or passion for IT.
• Hold a full UK driving licence.
• Have the right to work in the UK.
• Fluent English speaker.
• Excellent inter-personal skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.

The following would be an advantage but not essential :

• Speak Spanish / Italian
• Previous experience of PCB repairs/networks

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
