We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Laser Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional care in a fast-paced environment. As a Laser Technician, you will be responsible for performing laser treatments while ensuring the highest standards of safety and sanitation. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to build rapport with clients, making them feel comfortable and informed throughout their treatment process.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a customer service role is essential; experience in body waxing or related fields is a plus.
• Familiarity with retail sales practices and the ability to engage clients effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure clear interaction with clients.
• A commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization within the treatment area.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

• Perform laser hair removal and other laser treatments in accordance with established protocols.
• Ensure all equipment is sanitized and maintained according to safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions about procedures.
• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments performed, including client progress and follow-up care.
• Assist in retail sales by recommending appropriate skincare products to clients based on their individual needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and advancements in laser technology.
