This position is ideal for a self-starter with experience in the aesthetics industry. We would like somebody who will help grow the business by providing excellent customer service leading to customer retention. This position will require somebody with a true passion for skin care and continuous curiosity for self learning and improvement.

SPECIFIC DEVICE SKILLS

  • Our clinic carries best in class SCITON lasers/light devices - we have our BBL, HALO, MOXI and profrac - preference to candidates with either these device knowledge or similar device knowledge (FRAXEL/IPL etc)
  • MORPHEUS 8 radio frequency
  • skin pen microneedling

Responsibilities
  • conduct initial patient consultations to assess skin concerns, discuss treatment plans and ensure suitability for laser/aesthetics procedures
  • work closely with physicians to formulate ongoing care for our acne, melasma, rosacea and anti-aging clients
  • provide excellent education on pre and post treatment care, expected outcomes and potential side effects of treatments - ensuring excellent communication by emailing patient’s the day after treatments and emailing after appointment instructions and plans
  • responding to consultation emails in a timely manner and respond in a professional and meaningful manner
  • perform treatments in accordance with clinic protocols, patient needs and industry best practices
  • accurately document patient medical history, treatment plans and progress notes in the clinics EMR system
  • assist physician with medical aesthetic treatments, including preparing clients for treatment, applying numbing agents and providing bedside support
  • ensure that when there is downtime there is an expectation to help with keeping the clinic clean and tidy, helping with daily tasks such as garbage removal, decluttering, general housekeeping skills
  • helping with front desk tasks as required (answering phones, scheduling patient’s both aesthetic and medical)
  • helping with inventory management, re-stocking, ensuring adequate supplies
  • assisting clinic business director with marketing campaigns (as all staff are required to assist with this)
