JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated experienced Laser Technician to join our team. As a Laser Technician, you will be responsible for performing various laser treatments and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be fluent in English AND Mandarin
• Aesthetician/Cosmetician/laser technician certification or diploma is required
• 2+ years of Medical Aesthetician Technician/ laser technician experience
• Education or experience in aesthetic medicine preferred
• Eagerness to coach and quick to learn is also an asset
• Previous experience in Skin Analysis and Skin Care Product Lines
• Previous experience in Laser Hair Removal is an asset
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards

• Perform Microneedling and RF Microneedling
• Conduct skin rejuvenation treatments, including laser facials and skin tightening
• Provide pre and post-treatment care instructions to clients
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitate treatment rooms and equipment
• Assist with retail sales of skincare products
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering excellent customer service
