JOB SUMMARY

We are expanding our Tool Demonstrator team by adding new vans to our fleet.
We are searching for a dynamic, well organized, and positive technical van sales operative to join our team. The right candidate will have an excellent understanding and ideally experience in automotive tools sector. Putting our customers first is at the forefront of our everyday, so you will need to be customer focused, friendly and a team player.
At Tool Connection we pride ourselves on our enviable reputation for producing high quality, interesting and innovative products into both new and established markets.
Working for our Laser Tools brand, you will visit customers and demonstrate our tools from one of our custom-made mobile showrooms – a pretty cool place to spend your working day! You will support customers and build on existing relationships, as well growing our customer base with new leads.
The right candidate will develop an expert knowledge of our products and become an outstanding advocate for our brand.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and perform professional demonstrations of products, specialty & custom tools from your mobile showroom
  • Organize, plan & coordinate tool shows and exhibitions for customers.
  • Become proficient in providing technical service, repair & support on key products.
  • Provide excellent customer interaction and support tailored to varying types of customers.
  • To effectively manage administration, customer documentation & sales reports, travel, and expense reports.
  • Safeguard and maintain regularly your mobile showroom inventory.
  • Problem solving and ability to identify problems leading to suppling the correct and sound advice to customers.
  • Drive to boost and increase sales by visiting current customers, taking orders, selling and demonstrating new products.
