Full Job Description: * Adheres to all safety procedures and guidelines. * Clocking in and out of work order correctly. * Safely and efficiently operate grinders, hoist, cut wheels, and any other equipment used for part unloading and processing. * Determine the cause of scrap and if it can be reworked, or if in question, see the foreman. * Process paperwork, print labels, and claim parts/scrap correctly. * Read blueprints to determine work order instructions for such specifications as de-tabbing, oxide removal, part marking, Lissmac, or DA sanding. * Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent time management skills * Required Qualifications: * High School Diploma or GED * Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures * Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials * Knowledge of metal materials preferred, but not required * Detail-oriented and able to multitask * Dependability * Positive attitude * Self-motivated * High Energy * Willingness to help fellow team members achieve production goals Benefits: * Medical, Dental, Vision, & Life Insurance at 60 days * 401(k) with company match after 60 days * Paid Holidays & Vacation * Personal Time * Weekly Pay * Paid Vacation * Snap Pay (Advanced Pay) Wages: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour You will have an opportunity to earn an additional $1.50 an hour Apply here, and we will send a link to complete the application and culture index survey. *** This survey must be completed at the time of the application being submitted. *** Why Join Us? * We invest in your growth with on-the-job training and development * Clear paths for promotion and advancement * Be part of a team that makes a meaningful difference in lives If you have any questions, please call 260-488-1800.
