The Beauty Bar Company is seeking a skilled and client-focused Lash Technician to join our growing team of beauty professionals. The ideal candidate is licensed, experienced, and confident in providing a range of advanced esthetic services, including lash lifts and tints, brow services, sugaring, teeth whitening, and facials. This role is perfect for someone who loves helping clients feel their best and takes pride in delivering exceptional service in a clean, welcoming environment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Certification or hands-on experience in:
• Lash lift and tint
• Brow lamination and tinting
• Sugaring or waxing
• 1+ year of hands-on experience preferred, but not required
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for beauty and wellness
• Must be punctual, reliable, and capable of working independently
• Comfortable working evenings/weekends based on client needs

• Perform professional lash lift and tint services
• Provide brow shaping, tinting, and lamination
• Conduct brow and facial waxing or sugaring with proper technique
• Educate clients on aftercare and skincare/home maintenance (Pre and post care)
• Maintain clean, sanitized tools and treatment areas according to hygiene and state board regulations
• Maintain accurate client treatment notes and preferences
• Stay up to date with industry trends, certifications, and product knowledge
• Support a team-oriented, positive, and professional workplace culture
