SUBCONTRACTOR LASH & BEAUTY ARTIST WANTED | LADY LAB – SCARBOROUGH WA

Are you a passionate lash artist or beauty therapist looking to join a luxe, results-driven studio with a loyal client base and strong brand identity?
LADY LAB is seeking an experienced and motivated subcontractor to join our team in Scarborough. We specialise in luxury lash extensions, Vitamin Lash Lifts, brows and teeth whitening — and we’re looking for someone to grow with us.
This is a subcontractor position – ideal for someone who wants to focus on delivering high-quality services under an established brand, without the stress of running a full salon themselves.
The Role:

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and professional artist who is confident in delivering:

• Lash Lifts (Vitamin Lash Lift training can be provided)
• Lash Extensions (classics, hybrids, volumes)
• Brow waxing, tinting, lamination (ideal, but not required)
• Teeth whitening (optional – training can be provided)

What You’ll Get:

• Work under a well-established brand (LADY LAB) with a strong online presence and loyal client base
• Percentage revenue split (no rent required!)
• All bookings, marketing, products, and tools provided
• A beautiful, professional space in the heart of Scarborough
• Flexibility – 2–3 days per week to start (with room to grow)
• Support with goal setting, invoicing, and systems if needed

Job Type: Subcontract
Pay: From $35.00 per hour
