We are seeking a talented and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional eyelash extension services to our clients while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. You will be responsible for enhancing the beauty and confidence of our clients through your expertise in eyelash applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience as an Eyelash Specialist or in a similar role is preferred.
• Proficiency in applying eyelash extensions with attention to detail and precision.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interactions.
• Experience in upselling services or retail sales is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as required by client demand.
• Certification in eyelash extension application is highly desirable.

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients warmly and addressing their needs throughout their visit.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired look and provide professional recommendations.
• Upsell additional services or products that complement the eyelash extensions, enhancing the overall client experience.
• Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client records as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve skills and service offerings.
