JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a talented and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in eyelash extensions and customer service, ensuring that every client leaves feeling beautiful and satisfied. This role requires excellent communication skills and a flair for upselling additional services, while also managing front desk operations and social media engagement.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist or in a similar role within the beauty industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with eyelash extension techniques and products is essential.
• Background in customer service, hospitality, or front desk management is highly desirable.
• Skills in makeup application, deep tissue massage, or barbering are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
