The Account Executive will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth across strategic B2B clients in the Latin American market. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, engaging with diverse customers and complex sales cycles. It is ideal for a motivated sales professional passionate about technology, fintech, and emerging markets, seeking to make a tangible impact in a high-growth environment. \n Accountabilities: Achieve quarterly revenue targets and commercial objectives within the assigned territory. Manage and grow a pipeline of key opportunities independently, taking full ownership of the sales process. Collaborate with sales team members to deliver strategic and tactical plans for revenue growth. Track, analyze, and test initiatives to optimize sales performance and customer engagement. Engage directly with prospects, including C-suite executives, to present solutions and close deals. Support team members in closing opportunities and share best practices to drive collective success. Navigate challenges creatively, using available resources and finding workarounds as needed. Requirements: 5+ years of proven sales experience in large-scale B2B Fintech or SaaS environments, preferably with Crypto/Blockchain exposure. Demonstrated ability to execute revenue growth strategies with sales ranging from $250K–$1MM+. Strong understanding of technology and ability to engage effectively with senior executives (CEO, CTO). Exceptional communication, conceptual thinking, and relationship-building skills. Experience maintaining a reliable pipeline and lead funnel process. Passion for the Crypto and Blockchain space, with enthusiasm for innovative solutions. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
