Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

This role can be remote in LATAM preferably in Argentina, Brasil, Mexico or Colombia
We’re hiring a Business Development Manager focused on the LATAM region to drive new commercial opportunities and help establish Gnosis Pay’s presence across key markets. This is a high-impact, externally facing role where you’ll be responsible for sourcing and closing new deals, contributing to regional go-to-market strategies, and supporting early accounts as they grow. You’ll also help shape how Gnosis Pay is positioned in the LATAM fintech and crypto ecosystem.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Hunting & Expansion

  • Identify, pursue, and close new partnerships and client opportunities across LATAM (crypto wallets, neobanks, fintechs, etc.).
  • Build and manage a strong regional pipeline, from prospecting through to contract signature.
  • Represent Gnosis Pay at relevant conferences, meetups, and industry events across LATAM to generate leads and raise brand awareness

Offer Structuring & Go-to-Market

  • Collaborate with internal product and commercial teams to tailor compelling business proposals and go-to-market strategies.
  • Help develop region-specific pricing models, value propositions, and deal frameworks tailored to LATAM market dynamics.
  • Contribute to shaping the external messaging and positioning of Gnosis Pay for the LATAM region.

Strategic Account Farming

  • Support and grow early-stage strategic accounts by identifying upsell opportunities and expanding product usage.
  • Build long-term relationships that convert initial clients into high-value, repeat partners.

Market Intelligence

  • Continuously track market developments, competitive movements, and local regulatory trends.
  • Synthesize learnings into actionable feedback for Gnosis Pay’s product and strategic roadmap.
