Job Description Summary The LATAM Logistic Operations Analyst is responsible for planning, execution, and monitoring of productivity initiatives. The role also involves technical development and support, delivering digital solutions based on Continuous Improvement principles. Interaction with all functional and support areas involved in the LATAM Parts and Equipment logistics process is essential to ensure successful implementation. Essential Responsibilities Drive productivity improvements across logistics processes using Lean methodologies and performance metrics. Support on operational expenses by tracking logistics costs, analyzing variances, and supporting budget planning and cost-saving initiatives. Develop and implement improvements in Visual Management, ensuring support to involved areas. Create reports and dashboards to support LATAM Logistics operations management. Develop automations to simplify repetitive processes and enhance customer experience. Lead process improvement initiatives and simplification projects. Engage multiple functional areas to solve demands effectively and quickly. Required Qualifications Previous experience in logistics operations productivity or data analysis. Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Python. Intermediate to advanced English and Spanish. Familiarity with project management and continuous improvement methodologies. Desired Skills / Competencies Analytical skills and attention to detail. Proactivity and autonomy in problem-solving. Risk mapping and development of countermeasures. Timeline management. Strong communication and ability to work in cross-functional teams. Adaptability to dynamic environments and rapid changes. Experience with Visual Management tools and process automation.
