The LatAm Privacy Specialist will be a dedicated privacy professional responsible for supporting the implementation of Gallagher’s privacy program across Latin America. This role is essential to ensure compliance with local privacy regulations, manage privacy risks, and support the region’s rapid growth through organic expansion and M&A activity. How you'll make an impact Act as the regional point of contact for privacy-related matters across LATAM countries (e.g., Brazil, Peru, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, Ecuador). Support the implementation of global privacy controls and ensure alignment with Gallagher’s Privacy Program. Conduct Privacy Risk Assessments (PRAs) for new processing activities, IT solutions, and personal data initiatives. Assist in pre- and post-closing privacy actions during M&A processes. Collaborate with legal teams to interpret and implement local privacy requirements. Support incident management processes and help mitigate privacy risks. Promote privacy awareness and strengthen personal data governance across the region. Provide regular updates and collaborate closely with the LATAM Privacy Lead and Global Privacy Office. About you Experience in privacy, data protection, or compliance roles, preferably in multinational or regional environments. Familiarity with LATAM privacy regulations and global data protection standards. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across countries.
