Job Description Job Purpose: The intern will be in charge of all administrative and coordination tasks of the LATAM Regional office. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for coordinating and supervising the elaboration and delivery of Panregional budget summaries and purchase orders, both digital and offline. Keep contact with the main digital vendors and follow up of proposal requests for panregional campaigns. In the TechOps area, the intern will be involved with the film services vendors such as dubbing studios, duplicating facilities, dubbing talent and translators among others. Ops along with marketing are responsible of localization of all materials, from trailers, posters, spots, digital assets, and the film itself. The intern is responsible for handling all requirements of HO's agencies (media deadlines, Smartsheet, Latam portal maintenance, copy decks for trailers, and campaigns).
