Description:

The RFE Support Specialist serves as a key point of contact for clients when a Request for Evidence (RFE) is issued by USCIS, ensuring clients understand what is required, and comprehensive document management is followed. This role combines responsibilities from client onboarding and document handling, requiring excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. The Support Specialist works collaboratively across departments to provide a seamless client experience. Finally, the candidate must be fluent in both Spanish and English.

Responsibilities:

  • Review the RFE issued by USCIS, identify required actions, and follow-up on next steps with clients
  • Contact clients to explain the RFE requirements, provide guidance based on approved standard operating procedures, and ensure they are prepared for the next steps
  • Initiate the RFE process by organizing client files, creating folders, and launching necessary tasks in the case management system
  • Send information and updates to clients via email and text messages, ensuring clarity and timeliness
  • Explain deadlines, outline next steps, and schedule RFE interviews with the appropriate team members
  • Collect, review, and validate required RFE documents from clients, ensuring quality, accuracy, and completeness.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate document logs and case management system notes
  • Document all client interactions in detailed and clear case notes for accurate record-keeping
  • Maintain regular and effective communication with clients through phone calls, emails, and text messages to ensure their understanding and collaboration throughout the process
  • Other duties and responsibilities, as directed by managemen
