Job Description Application Deadline: March 17th, 2026 What is the opportunity? In this role you will provide assistance in the mid/late-stage delinquencies, for an assigned portfolio from TT, DC and Barbados jurisdictions, in order to minimize the Bank’s exposure to loss. You will balance the importance of maintaining a positive client experience and attaining business objectives. You will deliver a professional level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders and will be responsible for practicing service excellence, promoting superior customer service to internal/external clients resolving issues at source and referring as required and ensuring a professional standard of client care and experience is maintained. What will you do? Assist in the collection of an assigned portfolio of delinquent loans, credit cards, authorized overdraft facilities and mortgages Ensure all necessary and relevant information is gathered to analyze the status of the account through direct telephone contact with the client Utilize a variety of RBC systems to “Search and dial for dollars” and place account holds when required Ensure the integrity of the follow up documentation is maintained and in order in the event of further required collection activity, and/or required legal action Maintain an accurate diary system to ensure all necessary documentation is updated on Coral & TS2 Process work volumes/contact client as measured by established service quality standards (e.g. Client Service Commitments) Deliver all exercises / administrative duties in a timely manner ensuring meaningful content. What do you need to succeed? Must-have Bank’s minimum entry requirements, 5 Ordinary Level subjects including English and Mathematics Proficient in the Banks reconciliation processes Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS suite + keyboarding skills Proficient with Bank technology including Excel, Word, RIBS, TS2, T24, FC-IS, Secure Web etc. Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly dynamic and interactive environment What’s in it for you?
