We’re now seeking a reliable and motivated Night Cleaner to help keep our restaurant in pristine condition. Job Description At Guzman y Gomez, we believe in authentic flavours and the power of food to bring people together. Our crew is at the heart of it all, and now we’re looking for an awesome night cleaner to help us keep our restaurant in top-notch condition! Position Details: Shifts: 3 hours per night (12am – 3am) Duties including but not limited to: Cleaning the floors under benches and behind equipment Cleaning the fryer and changing the oil Wiping down and sanitizing surfaces (tables, counters, equipment, etc.) Emptying and cleaning rubbish bins Restocking cleaning supplies (paper towels, soap, etc.) Sweeping and mopping floors throughout the restaurant Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms Cleaning glass windows and doors Dusting shelves, ledges, and equipment Checking and cleaning air vents and filters if needed Deep cleaning tasks as required (e.g., degreasing equipment, high dusting) Maintaining cleaning checklists and logs Ensuring the restaurant looks brand new each morning Requirements: A valid driver’s license Attention to detail and ability to work independently Previous cleaning experience preferred Reliable and punctual

Responsibilities

Maintain the restaurant's cleanliness by sanitizing surfaces, cleaning floors, and managing waste. Perform deep cleaning tasks and maintain cleaning logs to ensure the facility is pristine for morning operations.
