Summary:
The part-time Late-Night Library Assistant will provide high-quality customer service and support to library users. The library assistant will assist users with research support, locating materials, and general library services. This position will provide basic IT support for printing, scanning, and troubleshooting technical issues in person and by phone. This position is scheduled Sunday through Thursday, working 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. during the first three weeks of each academic block, and 7:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. during the final week of each block. The role follows the academic calendar (approximately 32 weeks per year) and does not include breaks or summers.
