We are hiring a Lathe Machine Operator on a short-term contract (2 months) to support our production requirements. The candidate should have hands-on experience with manual and/or CNC lathe machines and be able to deliver high-quality machining work within tight deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience as a Lathe Machine Operator (manual or CNC).
• Knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and quality checks.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results within deadlines.
• Safety-conscious and detail-oriented.

• Operate lathe machines (manual/CNC) for precision machining tasks.
• Interpret technical drawings and job orders accurately.
• Select appropriate tools and ensure correct machining parameters.
• Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments.
• Maintain machine efficiency and ensure safe operation.
• Complete assigned tasks within the given project timeline.
