Join us at an exciting time as we launch a new die plant facility in Windsor, Ontario! We are seeking a skilled Lathe Operator to support the setup and operation of our machining equipment. This role is critical in ensuring that machined parts meet quality and design standards in a fast-paced production environment. Positions are available on both day and afternoon shifts.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

When selecting candidates, we will be looking for the following essential skills, abilities, and experience:

  • Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with precision measurement tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers).
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings.
  • Prior experience with CNC or manual lathe machines preferred.
  • Willingness to work either day or afternoon shift.
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada.
Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate lathe machines to perform cutting, sanding, drilling, and finishing of parts and materials.
  • Inspect finished products to verify conformity to specifications.
  • Use precision measuring tools to assess part dimensions.
