In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: * Reglarea si Operarea masinilor unelte de tip Strung, Freza si Debitare, cu comanda manuala si cu afisaj numeric * Pregateste/Debitreaza semifabricatele sau reperele ce urmeaza a fi prelucrate, in conformitate cu instructiunile de lucru si ordinul de fabricatie * Isi insuseste si aplica procesele fluxului de productie respectand procedurile de lucru, prin utilizarea adecvata a echipamentelor si a instrumentelor de lucru * Intretine, utilizeaza si regleaza masinile-unelte * Utilizeaza podul rulant cu comanda de la sol pentru manipularea semifabricatelor si pieselor * Realizeaza inspectia sculelor aschietoare pentru mentinerea calitatii si duratei de viata * Cunoaste si interpreteaza desene de executie (format ISO si ANSI) * Monitorizeaza procesul de operare a masinii pentru verificarea acuratetii setarilor si detectarea disfunctionalitatilor sau prelucrarea neconforma, folosind echipamente de masura si control * Verifica din punct de vedere calitativ-metrologic produsele dupa prelucrare * Identifica produsele neconforme pe linia de fabricatie si emite fisele de neconformitate. For This Role, You Will Need: * Absolvent de scoala profesionala sau liceu in domeniul prelucrarilor prin aschiere * Cunostinte de operare masini-unelte cu comanda manuala, cu afisaj numeric, de tip Strung si Freza * Experienta de minim 2 ani in domeniul prelucrarilor prin aschiere * Autorizatie ISCIR de macaragiu pentru Pod rulant cu comanda de la sol, Grupa E * Cunostinte de desen tehnic si tolerante dimensionale * Cunostinte despre scule, dispozitive si verificatoare * Cunostinte de verificarea dimensionala a reperelor fabricate, utilizand dispozitive si verificatoare specific. Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: * Alte calificari in domeniul mecanic, electro-mecanic, constituie avantaj * PC skills: MS Office, Internet * Cunoasterea limbii engleze, constituie avantaj (nivel incepator) * Abilitati de comunicare si relationare in echipa * Atentie sporita la detalii tehnice.
