What's exciting about the role We are seeking a highly driven and analytically strong Demand Planning Manager to support our Latin America (LAC) region. In this unique and high‑visibility role, you will serve as the primary Demand Planning partner for the region while operating within our Global Operations structure. This is a fast‑paced, execution‑heavy position that requires strong cross‑functional collaboration, resilience, and the ability to operate independently (“on an island”) while building strong relationships across LAC Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Supply Planning, and Global Ops leadership. Responsibilities Partner closely with LAC Sales to understand and validate the sales forecast. Translate the sales forecast into actionable demand signals for Global Supply Planning. Support Finance by identifying forecast gaps, risks, and opportunities. Drive weekly and monthly demand/supply reviews with Sales, Finance, and Supply Planning. Monitor material availability, inventory levels, aged/E&O inventory exposure, and shipment plans for the LAC region. Manage escalations and support rapid issue resolution for urgent customer or supply constraints. Influence stakeholders by presenting clear, concise analyses and recommendations. Conduct root-cause analyses on forecast deviations and supply constraints. Support continuous improvement initiatives for processes across demand and supply planning. Qualifications Must have 6–8 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), or related operational roles. Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal & written). Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, v-lookup/index-match, modeling, analytics). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly. Proven ability to work in fast‑paced environments with constant change. Strong personality capable of influencing stakeholders, challenging assumptions, and pushing back when necessary. Experience working with cross‑functional teams across multiple geographies. Nice-to-Have Qualifications Portuguese speaking proficiency Experience in the payments, hardware, or technology industry. Background supporting Latin American markets. Familiarity with demand planning tools and ERP systems.
