This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about aviation and are dedicated to providing exceptional service to customers traveling or engaging with aviation services. As a representative, you will assist clients in Latvian, ensuring they have a seamless and positive experience. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to aviation services, bookings, and flight information via phone, email, and chat in Latvian. Provide assistance with ticketing, baggage inquiries, and travel changes. Resolve customer issues and concerns with professionalism and efficiency. Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Collaborate with airline and airport personnel to provide accurate information to customers. Stay updated on industry regulations, airline policies, and upcoming travel news. Fluency in Latvian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the aviation or travel industry. Outstanding communication skills with a friendly and helpful demeanor. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Familiarity with airline reservation systems and CRM software is desirable. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
