Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to present an opening for Latvian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the banking industry. This role is ideal for individuals who are committed to providing exceptional service and support in the financial sector. As a customer service representative, you will assist clients in navigating their banking needs while communicating effectively in Latvian. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to banking products, services, and account management via phone, email, and chat in Latvian. Assist clients with account openings, transfers, and inquiries about transactions and balances. Provide clear information on banking policies, rates, and regulations. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on banking products and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support. Fluency in Latvian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the banking or finance industry. Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using banking software and CRM applications. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
