This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about science and are dedicated to providing high-quality customer service. As a representative, you will engage with clients in Latvian, assisting them with inquiries related to biotechnology products and services, while ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries regarding biotechnology products, services, and applications via phone, email, and live chat in Latvian. Provide detailed information on product features, usage, and regulatory guidelines. Assist customers with order processing, tracking, and troubleshooting as needed. Resolve issues and inquiries promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference. Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to provide seamless support to clients. Stay informed on industry trends and company offerings to provide up-to-date information to customers. Fluency in Latvian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English or other languages is a plus. Experience in customer service, preferably in the biotechnology or related field. Strong communication skills and a commitment to high-quality customer support. Ability to process complex information and convey it clearly to customers. Effective problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service. Familiarity with CRM systems and general computer proficiency.
